This 45-acre land parcel is being developed to provide 200 new housing units in a safe, family-oriented, walkable neighbourhood in a beautiful alpine setting.

The residential component will be surrounded by alpine forest and will contain designated parks and riparian areas along with interconnecting pathways, pedestrian and bike trails.

A commercial core with a grocery store, retail outlets, local pub, café and daycare at the centre of this tightly-knit community will be within a five-minute walk of all residents allowing for easy access to local shopping and services.

In addition, two buildings designated for mature residents and weekenders are planned for those active ‘seniors’ age 55+.
