Rainbow has a two options currently available for building your future dream home.
1) You can buy an empty lot and design / build your home with Rainbow's award winning home design and construction team.
2) You can buy a lot with a pre existing design by Georgie Award winning Innovation Building Group.
The Rainbow development has so far commissioned over 35 different architectural plans for attached (duplexes) and detached homes. All of these were designed for the homes of Whistler locals in this community neighborhood. Not one home is exactly the same as another! This is very unique in organized developments and does show the commitment of the developers to quality homes in a quality neighborhood.
As we are anticipating families who are purchasing a market vacant lot are feeling overwhelmed with the thought of designing and building their own home, we have taken the time to further develop our more successful resident home designs into attractive market homes. These designs have been increased in size slightly, second garages added, higher-end finishing’s and tweaks to the exterior façade planned to adopt these new plans and homes as their very own. A great example of this is in the “Rhapsody”, shown here. This 2,690-square foot home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms is arranged over 3 levels boasting 2 large wrap-around decks and a 2-car garage in a contemporary design.
